I guess it's all Hiragana, although "Olympic" is supposed to be written in Katakana. I didn't bother decrypting the whole thing as it was written clearly, complete with Kanji in the dialogue box. Also, while it *is* written hentai, it's actually meant to be "taihen", which is made clear in the dialogue box.

"Hentai" is the only word that I can manage to read. Oh, and the "ta" is written backwards too, for some reason.
